One-on-One
Private Wellness Sessions
One-on-one sessions with a wellness specialist who builds a program around your body, your goals, and your history. Available across Pilates, GYROTONIC, personal training, and Hanna Somatic Education.
Best for: clients with specific goals, complex histories, or anyone who wants the most attention to detail.
Group Sessions
Pilates Reformer Group Sessions
Small group sessions on the spring-loaded reformer. Builds strength, stability, and posture in a structured weekly format. The most popular ongoing track for clients who've completed an introductory series.
Schedule: Mondays 10:00 and 10:55am · Tuesdays 10:00 and 10:55am.
Bone Health
Pilates Buff Bones
Bone-density-focused movement built specifically for people managing osteoporosis or osteopenia, or anyone investing in long-term bone health. Combines strength, balance, and bone-loading principles.
Schedule: Fridays 12:00pm with Alexis. All levels welcome.
Virtual + Donation-Based
Friday Morning Meditation
A quiet way to start the day. Guided meditation from your home, with a small online group. Donation-based. Pairs well with any of the physical practices above for a full mind and body program.
Schedule: Fridays 8:00 or 8:30am with Lori · Virtual · All levels welcome.

Things you're probably wondering.

Is the consultation actually free?
Yes. There's no charge for the 15-minute call and no obligation to book anything afterward. We made it free because the right starting point depends on you, and a quick conversation is a much better way to figure that out than a generic webpage.
What does it cost to actually start at PhysioFit?
It depends on what fits your goals. Private 1:1 sessions, group sessions, and donation-based meditation are all priced differently, and most people start with some combination. We'll go through the relevant pricing on the call once we know what you're hoping to do, so the numbers are tailored to your situation rather than generic.
What if I'm new to Pilates and don't know where to start?
That's exactly what the consultation is for. No prior experience needed. We listen to what you're hoping to get out of it, ask about your history, and recommend the right starting point. Most people leave the call feeling clearer about Pilates and PhysioFit than they did before.
What if I'm dealing with pain or an injury?
If you're managing pain or recovering from an injury, a fitness consultation might not be the right starting point. You'd be better off with a Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy evaluation first. Book a free phone consultation with our PT team instead, or call us at 650.947.8500 if you're not sure which side of the practice fits.
Will I get a hard sales pitch on the call?
No. Our team is trained to listen, recommend, and let you decide. If we're a good fit and you're ready to book, we'll help you do it on the call. If you want to think it over, that's expected. If we're not the right place for you, we'll tell you that directly and point you elsewhere.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule the consultation?
No problem. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule, or just reply to the email and we'll handle it. There's no charge or penalty for rescheduling the consultation itself.
