Understanding Foot & Ankle Pain
Most heel pain is due to a condition called plantar fasciitis, inflammation and/or degeneration of the plantar fascia, a thick connective tissue running from the heel bone to the ball of the foot that helps maintain the arch of the foot and transmits your weight across the foot as you walk or run. Typically, symptoms are at their worst when you wake up in the morning.
Our team at PhysioFit Physical Therapy & Wellness can help you address this issue and find effective relief. Call us to schedule an appointment with a physical therapist and get started on your personalized foot and ankle pain treatment plan.

The therapy program was carefully tailored to my needs and they did their best to help me get back full usage of my ankle. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus the facility is well kept!" - EB
"Very knowledgeable. Good listeners and able to provide helpful solutions rather than “here are some exercises and stretches” and send you on your way." - A.P.
"All three therapists I've seen are friendly and professional. They explain their treatments in terms of the anatomy of the foot, take my pain into account, and clearly explain any exercises I should do at home. The support staff too make appointments pleasant It is obvious that everyone enjoys
