Physical Therapists: Join a Team That Prioritizes You and Your Patients
Thrive in a Low-Volume, High-Quality Care Environment where you can provide individualized care and build meaningful relationships with your patients, making a real difference in their lives!
As a private, out-of-network outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health clinic in Los Altos, California, we stand out with our unique integrative health services such as Pilates, Gyrotonic, Yoga, Therapeutic Massage, Hypnotherapy, and Hanna Somatics education. If you're looking for a clinic that offers more than just traditional therapy, we're the place for you.
Are you tired of being overworked and underappreciated in high-volume rehab settings? Are you looking for a space where you can provide quality care and still have energy left at the end of the day? If you're passionate about patient care but feel drained by endless paperwork and crammed schedules, it's time for a change.
At PhysioFit Physical Therapy & Wellness, we're redefining what it means to be a physical therapist. Here, you'll be free to focus on your patients—55 minutes of one-on-one time with each patient—and provide the care you've always wanted to give without burnout. We successfully retain therapists without a lot of turnover.
Since 2002, PhysioFit Physical Therapy & Wellness has been used by thousands of people in the South Bay area. We are a fast-growing Physical Therapy Clinic for men and women in their 30's 40's, 50's, and 60's, who want to keep active and love to be healthy for many years to come.
PhysioFit serves clients who live and work in the South Bay Area: Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Campbell, Santa Clara, and San Jose.
We are looking for full-time or part-time CA-licensed physical therapists to improve the lives of the people we serve through compassion and exceptional customer service. Pilates and/or pelvic floor therapy experience a plus.
If you're interested in joining a company that is excited about helping others and is dedicated to your professional growth look no further than PhysioFit!
We're not a high-volume, energy-sucking corporate clinic. We're a unique, supportive environment that values your well-being and professional growth. We're not a fancy boutique fitness studio. We are a close-knit team that values collaboration and support. You'll feel heard, appreciated, and part of a community here. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares about you and your growth, you've found it.
At PhysioFit, we've built a place that feels like a true community—for our patients, clients, and team members. Our clients are family, and we go above and beyond to make them feel welcome whenever they walk through the door.
We specialize in outpatient orthopedics, pelvic health, pilates rehab, and regenerative therapy. We believe in fostering a positive, collaborative, stress-free environment for our patients and therapists.
Mentorship Opportunity: We offer a comprehensive mentorship program for those seeking growth and guidance, ensuring you receive the support and training you need. Whether you're a new or experienced therapist, mentorship can be tailored to your professional goals as part of your benefits options, depending on hours worked and your pay structure.
Plus, you will receive training in cutting-edge regenerative therapies, enhancing your skills and leading to even better successful patient outcomes that further your professional growth.
- Patient-Focused Care: With 55-minute sessions, you can provide the individualized care patients deserve without rushing or juggling multiple cases.
- No Burnout: Our environment supports therapists without wearing them down, allowing you to do what you love while preserving your health and well-being.
- Community: We've proudly served Silicon Valley since 2002 and are known for our caring, supportive environment.
Regenerative Therapy Training: Learn and grow your expertise in cutting-edge regenerative therapies, ensuring your professional development and providing even better patient outcomes.
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and, ideally, pelvic health therapy.
- Experience in Pilates Rehab, Graston Technique, or Cupping is a bonus but not required.
- Available late afternoon, early evening, or Saturday is a plus but not required.
We have an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced Physical Therapist with an Active California Physical Therapy license and CPR Certification. We would love to find a like-minded therapist who shares our values to join our team with Pelvic Health experience or interest in providing exceptional, individualized patient care in a relaxed, supportive environment. What Our Clients Say
H.S.
“I was totally skeptical coming in. Even a little resistant. But I had the best session ever. I keep waiting for “the catch”. Like, how could this have possibly worked within an hour– something that I’ve been carrying around, in and out of therapy, for years? But now, two months later, I still feel free of my burden. Before I left, I took a bunch of Divya’s business cards. I have a few friends who could really use her help!”
Los Altos, CA
T.S.
"I spent two months at PhysioFit, three days a week, after a knee replacement. Allison was fantastic. She nursed my knee back to health. She was compassionate and knowledgeable. She not only made the exercises easy to remember but also sent them to my computer which was most helpful. From the time you enter the front door until you are finished with your one-hour session, the employees make you feel at home and they all remember my name after the first visit. I was most impressed that each session was performed in a private room. We did spend some time in their large gym room with lots of equipment. The one-on-one in a private room was so much better than other physical therapy locations I have attended where there is a mass of humanity in one large room with loud music playing. I plan on returning to PhysioFit for monthly tune-ups and to keep current on their recommendations for future exercises to keep my knee in top" shape.
