Under the supervision of a trained TRX® and certified Pilates instructor, you and your classmates will use the TRX® Suspension Training® system to build an increasingly challenging workout. It is the perfect complement to anyone’s yoga practice. TRX® may look easy, but it was developed within the U.S. Navy SEALS, and TRX® will challenge your body in every way possible. With a simple adjustment of your feet placement, you can increase the intensity of your TRX® Suspension Training® exercises over time to enhance:
