Success story!

I very much support and am thankful for the wonderful work that Physical Therapists do!

In my case, I came to PhysioFit for physical therapy for help in my inability to walk due to severe knee pain. The Sports Medicine and Surgeon Doctor was my first stop in getting a diagnosis. He thought surgery was a possibility but wanted to try a cortisone injection first. I discussed my thoughts of trying PT first which he agreed with and wrote an order for PT.

I have to say that by the wonderful work performed by first Disha and followed by Shaline Pachauri I am now able to walk pain free. On the three week vacation that I just returned from I was walking and climbing hills for 22 days, some were travel days and not much waking occurred. The average daily walk calculation was 4.7 miles/day. My phone also calculates the ‘flights of stairs’. The most flight of stairs climbed in one day was 29 with 5.4 miles of walking. The longest day of walking was 9.6 miles which was the same day that I climbed 26 “flights of stairs”. Every day was pain and swelling FREE!

I appreciate all you and your team did to get me back to my normal ability to walk pain and swelling free.I now feel I do not need your help any longer for this injury but will definitely be keeping your facility in mind for future work if needed and will recommend it to others who could benefit with you talented PT’s.

Thank you for all  that your team has done! Your group made my 77th birthday trip a pleasure! (I will be keeping up the exercises PhysioFit suggested also.)
