PhysioFit Physical Therapy & Wellness Launches New Website!

physiofit website

PhysioFit Physical Therapy and Wellness has launched its new website,, to the Bay Area community today.  The new site offers free guides that answer the most popular questions about physical therapy and gives simple ways people can help themselves at home with the common issues seen in the clinic. The website will also provide a robust preview of the physical therapy and wellness services, staff, and facility.

The website was designed to address the concerns PhysioFit therapists have seen in the patients served over the last decade.  PhysioFit Executive Director Kim Gladfelter said, “Over the years, we’ve seen how our patients not only suffer from pain and injury, but self-doubt in what do to about it.  There’s a lot of conflicting information from well-intentioned family, friends, and co-workers.  Even some doctors only go so far as to recommend pain medication and rest – a great way to treat the symptoms, but not the ISSUE. PhysioFit is here to answer your questions and help you gain confidence in making the right decision for you.”

Patients who have chosen to work with PhysioFit in its fourteen year history shared a common drive to end their pain and stiffness through natural solutions, end their dependence on pain medication, and avoid dangerous surgeries.  Wellness clients love PhysioFit instructors for their extensive knowledge in strengthening the body to increase flexibility and range of motion, which keeps injuries away.  The new website addresses all of these concerns, as well as offering multiple ways to connect with physical therapist and wellness instructors.
