Scheduled appointments and one-on-one attention are always the rule. We have the expertise you want and the experience you deserve. Private or semi-private sessions are available with PhysioFit's Certified Personal Trainers. Our personal training sessions offer a unique set of benefits including:

  • Direct communication between your physical therapist and your personal trainer
  • Guidance on chronic pain management as well as preventing future injury
  • Access to traditional gym and Pilates equipment in a non-intimidating workout environment
