We use various techniques to personalize your care based on what is appropriate to help you heal.

Also known as, Myofascial Release, is an alternative medicine therapy useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

Myofascial Release is a type of myofascial therapy that applies gentle, sustained pressure to release tension and restrictions within the fascia (connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs). This helps to address adhesions, scar tissue, and other restrictions within the fascia.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach to healing that focuses on the craniosacral system, which includes the bones, tissues, and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Practitioners use subtle manual techniques to release restrictions and promote the body's natural ability to heal and self-regulate.

Neuromuscular Therapy is an approach to soft tissue manual therapy. It has been shown to be effective in the treatment of many conditions, although not all pathologies have shown treatment effects which persist over time.

Acupressure is a traditional healing technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body, called acupoints, to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. This technique is based on the same principles as acupuncture, which is the flow of life energy through "meridians" in the body. However, unlike acupuncture, acupressure uses finger pressure instead of needles to promote balance and wellness.

Trigger Point Therapy is a specialized form of massage therapy focused on identifying and releasing trigger points, which are localized areas of muscle tension or "knots" that can cause pain and discomfort. Therapists use targeted pressure and specific techniques to deactivate trigger points and restore normal muscle function.

Deep Tissue Release uses gentle, light, sustained pressure that affects deep tightness to address chronic pain, limited mobility, and muscle stiffness. The therapist may incorporate myofascial release techniques to release tension and break up muscle adhesions effectively.
