In Studio: Pilates Reformer

Moderate tempo Pilates reformer 2 sessions with modifications as needed to suit each student's needs. Plus, traditional Pilates technique sessions building core strength, flexibility, and balance plus individualized tips for postural correction.

Limited spots are available so be sure to act quickly to get a spot in an upcoming session. With a limited number of spots in the small group session, you are guaranteed to get more specific attention and guidance from your instructor.  You'll walk away from this workout with an amazing feeling under your belt and with more knowledge of Pilates.

This mixed equipment session is perfect for anyone who is familiar with Pilates and looking to build on that knowledge.

This small group session incorporates Pilates, useful therapeutic release techniques, at times using small props, and a Pilates Springboard.

Our beginner mixed trio sessions are perfect for anyone who is looking to get started with Pilates. This small group session will allow your instructor to give you more specialized attention to your form and technique. Enabling you to get the most out of your workout and be assured that you are completing each exercise correctly, minimizing your chance of injury.
